Office Hours:
We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday by appointments only.
If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our normal office number at 270-885-2091.
There is always a physicians available for your emergency care.

Insurance Information:
We are participating providers with many insurance plans. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. Patients with no health insurance are required to make payment in full at the time services are rendered.

We accept assignment on Medicare claims.
